The ministry vision of Our Jewish Friends began with Vladimir Pikman. For more than twenty years, Vladimir has served internationally reaching out to the Jewish people, teaching and equipping new minsters, and starting new Messianic ministries in Germany and other countries.

Vladimir Pikman is the founding Executive Director of Beit Sar Shalom, the largest Messianic Jewish ministry in Germany. He was the founding President of the German Messianic Jewish Alliance, and is the Vice-President of the International Messianic Jewish Alliance. In addition to serving as the rabbi for a Messianic congregation in Berlin, Vladimir serves as an Associate Professor and the Director of Jewish Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Vladimir and his wife Dr. Inna Pikman-Chats have two adult daughters, Elisabeth and Rose.
